CHEATING RIBS
This recipe will let you cook tender, moist, and very flavorful ribs without a lot of fat in a short amount of time. Put at least a six pack of your favorite dark beer in a large pot and bring to a medium boil. Boil slabs of baby back ribs two at a time until the meat pulls back from the bone about one half to three quarters of an inch (about 15 to 20 minutes). Take the ribs out, dry them off, and put your favorite dry spice rub on both sides. Cook them on your grill slowly (low to medium low heat) for about 45 minutes to an hour turning often. When the ribs are about done, brush My Favorite Barbecue and Dipping Sauce on both sides. Continue flipping and basting with sauce for ten minutes or so until the sauce begins to caramelize or become slightly singed. These are great ribs for the short amount of time it takes to prepare them.
